No Refund Policy

Flash Frequency Productions sells digital audio products (tracks, albums, EPs) that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, we operate a strict no refund policy for all purchases.

Why No Refunds?

• Digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed.
• All sales are final to protect the intellectual property of the artists.
• We encourage customers to preview samples before purchasing.

Exceptions

In the case of a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase (e.g., corrupted file, wrong item), we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@flashfrequencyproductions.co.za with your order details.
